I know Valentine’s Day is gone, but I thought I would still share the, Colourpop The Love Collection with you. Colourpop released their Valentine’s Day theme products about a week before Valentine’s Day . As soon as I saw that they were available, I hoped on to the site and added a few things to my cart.
Colourpop, released 5 pressed powder eye duos. One of a Kind, Meant to Be, Two to Tango, Boyfriend Stealer and Apple of My Eye. 3 of those have already sold out though.
*Colourpop has since released the pressed shadows, so you don’t have to feel bad if you missed out on the Valentine’s Day collection. They also released a lip kit, a highlighter, lippie sticks, super shock shadows, pigments and brushes.
One of a Kind, a beautiful romantic, wine duo is like nothing you’ve ever seen
Pinky Promise: metallic wine – applies beautifully on the lids
Going Steady: matte dusty wine – this shadow was a little stiff, so you need to build the shadow up.
Apple of my Eye, This fun, girly duo will quickly become your favorite.
Say I Do: matte baby pink – I usually don’t like pink shadows on my eyes. It applies beautifully on the lids
143: intense matte deep lilac – Such a beautiful shade. I loved playing with this shadow. I do not anything like it.
These pressed shadows are beautiful, pigmented. They apply beautifully on the eye
The pressed shadow duos retail for $10.00 the single pressed shadows retail for $5
Baby Talk, which is a beautiful matte blue red pigment. I have never seen anything so beautiful and so unique. Retails for $5.00 and currently sold out. I am not to sure if they will re-stock it anytime soon.
Lastly, I was really bummed out when Colourpop released their brushes. They have 3 brushes that you can purchase.
I was just interested in two of the three
The decided to order the Blending Brush, this tapered and fluffy brush will perfectly blend your shadow into the contour of your eye. The softness of the bristle will give you a sheer coverage which you can build to your desired intensity. The blending brush was developed for Super Shock Shadow but also works well with our Pressed Powder Eye Shadows.
The Shader Brush is flat and firm brush, it will give you detailed application under your brow or on the eye lid. The firmness of the brush will pack shadow onto the eyes leaving a full-coverage payout of pigment. The shader brush was also developed for Super Shock Shadow but also works well with our Pressed Powder Eye Shadows.
They retail for $6 each
