Hi lovelies ♥
How are you all?
I was at Target yesterday…surprise surprise hahahahaha I haven’t been at Target for like 2 weeks…..that’s like a life time to me.
I saw a few things that interested me such as the below Garnier – Nourishing Cleansing Oil. I recently ran out of the make up remover I use. And whilst I didn’t know have any I was using Coconut Oil – which by the way is a great make-up remover.
♣If you wear make-up its really important to use make-up remover wipes, make-up remover, or in this case cleansing oils to remove your make up)
Especially before going to bed. I use to totally ignore that step and just hit the sack. But now I can not go to be bed with make up♣ …..anyways.
I really wanted to try out this cleansing oil. I have been seeing a lot about it in magazines. And they are usually just higher end ones such as: Clinque: Take the Day Off Cleansing Oil – $27.00 and Boscia: Make-Up Breaking Cool Cleansing Oil -$28.00. So they can be a little bit on the pricey side. So when I saw this one at Target I wanted to give it a go, as it was $5.99.
I specifically also took this item, because I saw that it caters to ‘dry skin’ which I have been suffering from. So I will try to get products that will give my skin some oil and not strip it. Yes, yes im that girl that wants a ‘dewy’ face.
To be honest I am not sure how this product will work on someone who has oily skin.Hence on the packaging it does say ‘dry skin’ and that ‘dry skin has specific cleansing need’
♥To me this product does what is says: and for that I appreciate it even more ♥
I tried the product last night— and all I had on my face was some BB cream and some winged liner. And it got rid of it just like snapping your fingers – snap snap snap. I did not have to scrub on my face or use a cotton pad. All I used were my fingers, massaged it into my face. After that I wet my face to emulsify the oil and then rinsed it off. I was left with no oily residue,Which I can appreciate- using baby oil will leave behind a oily residue, which I don’t appreciate.
The product does not have an unpleasant smell, I actually really like it. Im not sure if its the Jojoba & Macadamia Oils that’s giving it that lovely smell. I doubt it would put anyone off, who doesn’t like scents. Garnier does pretty well with the scents of their products.
I love the hair dyes, they do not have that strong ammonia smell.
I think if you can try this product you should. You could be saving yourself some $$$$
